- This knife sharpener is specially designed for Kasumi Ceramic and Titanium knife series.
- Two modules: medium and diamond.
- Must be used with water.
- For ceramic knives use diamond wheel only.
- For metal blades, use the whetstone wheel first, then use the diamond wheel for a finer finish.
- Not suitable for knives sharpened on one side only, like sashimi knives.
