Nippers are used for shortening and shaping tough finger and toe nails. Depending on the size, they are suitable for manicure or pedicure. There are two types of nail nippers: lap-joint nippers and box-joint nippers. Lap-joint nipper shanks lie on top of each other at the joint and are flexibly connected. Box-joint nipper shanks pass through each other at the joint.
